The scarf as a trademark

"Always wear, anyway and unfailingly a white scarf from Hermès. (...) And, it is like, his trademark, his own distintive trait.. All the world knows that Miranda Priestly would never leave her home without a white scarf from Hermès." (from "The Devil dresses Prada"). From the pages of the best seller of several months ago, this world-reknown icon which fits the style of Miranda Priestly is represented in a scarf. It is in effect, the right accessory at the right time that has the power to render trendy even a boring outfit. The scarf in particular and pre-eminently, is the most flexible of accessories, for the thousands of ways it can be worn and its adapation even in the most diverse of occasions. If you are a scarf fanatic and you possess an entire collection, you can easily match it with with other accessories; but it is perfect even if used to give a true dash of color - and of style - on more neutral clothing.
