The long waist has from several seasons been threating to come back with arrogance to impose itself over the auspicious disastrous 1990's. Notwithstanding that the fashion stylists wanted to turn a deaf ear to same and without a doubt, preferred the more feminine short waist, has now, finally come to head. The long waist has come back.
