It has become a record the 31st edition of the International Festival of the Circus at Montecarlo. Not only for the huge crowd flows, of approximately 40,000 people, but also with many innovations. This year the greatest delegation of all time of China is represented with forty-three artists. Also represented are twenty-three nations with two hundred artists. Until tomorrow , Monaco is the capital of the circesian art and the best international acts will be selected by a commission that will lead by the Princess Stephanie, who is the president of the festival and will follow the acts.
